Online Return Policy Continued:

  • Item/items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day

  • Item/Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)

  • Odette will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us. We also are not able to reroute and hold

  • Incorrect item/items delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day

  • Odette is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process

  • If an item/items are returned to us brand new and arrive damaged, that item(s) are not eligible for a refund

  • No return drop-off
