Online Return Policy Continued:
Item/items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day
Item/Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)
Odette will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us. We also are not able to reroute and hold
Incorrect item/items delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day
Odette is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process
If an item/items are returned to us brand new and arrive damaged, that item(s) are not eligible for a refund
